Heritage Pointe

Heritage Pointe is truly AMAZING! My parents came to Heritage Pointe 5 years ago. They have literally been treated like ROYALTY! Beautiful apartment, great food served on white tablecloths every meal. Lots of fun daily activities and FABULOUS STAFF! I’m moving there when I get a bit older. Heritage Pointe is truly top level, A+ community for seniors. The facility is beautiful and modern with wonderful positive energy, the people who work there are all so friendly and helpful, the activities and entertainment are top-notch, and there is a warmth and “homeyness” that you just can’t find at so many of the other residences of this type. It is a real community filled with spirit and heart. I love Heritage Pointe!

This review is for the care my aunt received at Heritage Pointe. The transition for an older loved from their home of many years to a new home in a community can be difficult. The staff at Heritage did everything possible to make that easier for both my aunt and myself. In particular I’d like to mention Beth Kaplan McCally, the Sales Director who walked my aunt through the options available at Heritage as well as literally walking her through the facilities and introductions to staff. Beth’s ongoing commitment (even after all the papers were signed) to making sure my aunt was well settled and introducing her to other residents and directors there meant that during times when I couldn’t be there to help my aunt there was always someone to help her out or reassure her. (For which I am truly grateful). Regarding facilities, I visited there often and found the residential and common areas to always be very clean and accommodating. There are so many spaces for socializing (library, gym, pool, coffee “shop”, etc.), which is really so important throughout our lives but especially when we’re older and making a transition to a new style of living. I can genuinely recommend Heritage Pointe to anyone who is looking for an assisted living community for themselves or their loved one(s).

My mom will have lived at Heritage Pointe for 8 years now. She started in Assisted Living and has transitioned to Memory Care. The staff, many of whom have been there for many years, are all caring, professional and attentive. Erin Palposi, the Executive Director, has helped us through our transitions and is a kind and caring professional. My mom loves Heritage Pointe, and we feel grateful that she’s so well taken care of. Heritage Pointe welcomes those of all faiths, but they do have a synagogue in the building and a wonderful Rabbi.
