Recently had a family member join their family. The staff is super friendly and caring. We had a bit of a transition at the beginning as some wires were crossed in communicating our desires for our family member but we are getting bugs worked out now. Check it out if you are looking for care - you’ll be glad you did.

My sister was admitted to Memory Care at Heritage January of last year. Thanks to the excellent caregivers and chef, it truly became home for her. Their care as she was passing was so focused and helpful. The family will always be grateful for the care they gave to our mom and sister. God bless you all.

Super unhappy with how this place forced medication on my mother in law that both her son and I asked them not to. Leaving to my MIL losing her mobility ultimately leading to a broken hip. Not to mention the hundreds of dollars in clothing that was never returned to us. This place needs better management
