I visited a friend living at the Heritage. When one enters the front entrance you are greeted with such warmth and friendliness among the residents and staff. Everyone I encountered were happy friendly people. The building is clean and well taken care of. My friend and I sat at a corner table and enjoyed a free cup coffee and greeted others. I got the impression most people are happy and secure with their choice of living there.
