HENRIETTA'S LEVEN OAKS

There is so much love here. Everyone is treated like family from the residents to the staff. The residents enjoy doing activities everyday from seated aerobics to arts and crafts there is something for every single resident to enjoy. Lupe is such an amazing administrator who loves and cares for all of her residents and Claudia as her assistant administrator who shows just as much love to all the residents this is the place to bring your loved one if you were looking for a sign, this is it!

My Mom has lived at Henrietta’s Leven Oaks since May of 2019. I chose this place because of its historical charm and loving staff. When I see how my Moms eyes light up when she talks to the caregivers and administrative staff, it makes me feel like she is with people who truly love her and care about her. If I ever have concerns, they are addressed immediately. Lupe, the new director, is extremely competent and friendly. I am at ease leaving my Mom in her care. Thank you to the wonderful care staff, Med Techs, kitchen staff and housekeepers for all that you do on a daily basis. You all are true hero’s.

Henrietta Leven Oaks was a wonderful place for my mother. Although she was only there for about 5 weeks during the fall of 2020, the care she received and attention we received as a family were most satisfactory. Mom was there during the pandemic, but as a family we were given the pleasure of visiting her face to face using CDC guidelines. Mom previously was in a facility in total lockdown with no vision of implementing a visitation plan for the resident and family. The 5 weeks she was a resident of Leven Oaks was the best gift that Mom and we could ever ask for. Enrollment was easy with the assistance from Camron and Lupe. Once a resident, we dealt with Robin ( the wonderful med tech and care giver extraordinaire) and all the other caregivers. Unfortunately, Mom was only a resident for a short 5 weeks but as a family we will never forget the love and care given to our mom. We highly recommend giving Leven Oaks a chance if you are looking for a facility in providing assisted living care. KUDOS TO LEVEN OAKS!!!

I highly recommend! Honestly, my mother has never had a better quality of life. She is so well cared for and has had a great experience even throughout Covid. The staff and ownership are top notch. The facilities are very clean and do not feel like an institutional setting, it feels like a cozy house filled with friends. The neighborhood is great for strolls to dinner or ice cream durning visits, no need to load into the car. I am beyond grateful to have found Leven Oaks!

Henrietta's Leven Oaks has been my family member's home away from home for over two decades. And I do not use the word "home" lightly. The original owner started the facility in honor of her grandfather, adding craftsman details to the lobby and dining room, filling the hallways with pictures and memorabilia. The new owners have honored her personal touch. And over the years, while the staff has changed, their commitment to making sure that each member of their community feels respected and cared for has not. That warmth became especially important after my brother's stroke. Unable to express himself clearly, the staff takes endless pains to understand what he wants and needs. There is literally no way to overstate my gratitude.
