HENRIETTA'S HOME

My aunt stays at Henrietta’s Home. The SCH staff are always attentive to not only my aunt, but show love and care to all of the residents and their families. They have events planned for residents during holidays, and will work with families to celebrate birthdays. The assistant Administrator Belen is amazing and like the staff, provides exceptional and loving care, and is always available even when not on site. Robin, the Facility Administrator is always ready to assist families and is also available when needed. If you are looking for a clean, professional facility that has amazing trained staff and great service that treats you like family, then I can definitely recommend Henrietta’s Home by SCH.

Bringing my grandmother to this facility was one of the best decisions I made. My grandmother got the unconditional care and love she needed everyday from everyone at Henriettas Home. I received daily texts and pictures of my grandma from Belén, the assistant administrator, who is a great at what she does. She always kept me informed and helped me with the transition. I was very happy with the care provided from each and everyone of the caregivers. Robin Aquino, the administrator, was also a delight to work with, very sweet lady and always had an answer to any question I had. Moving your loved one to this facility isn’t going to disappoint you.

I am very impressed with Evergreen Assisted Living. Overall the facility is very well maintained. All the staff, from management to the caretakers are compassionate and welcoming. The Evergreen team goes above and beyond to care for their residents and they all seem very happy. This is definitely a devoted and caring home for your loved ones.

I normally don't like to complain but I am shocked this facility is still being allowed to operate. Yes it is very inexpensive compared to others but you clearly get what you pay for. Caregivers have no training and are just unprofessional. Use this place as a last resort only
