Heath Village is a non-profit, full-service retirement community located on 100+ acres in Hackettstown, NJ, offering independent living, residential health care (Mayflower House), and nursing/rehabilitation services (The Meadows). Since 1966, it provides residents with a choice of lifestyle options, first-rate amenities, numerous social opportunities, and comprehensive on-site health care services.

Super clean and neat place, stuff extremely nice to the patients. It was really pleasant visit. Not mentioning free fresh baked cookies and drinks. It was really rare experience of truly nice workers and beautiful facility

My mom is getting great care at Heath Village re hab as usual after a hospital visit. She goes for PT twice a day and the staff are all friendly and professional and they seem to be very patient with her. My mom enjoys the food and all the activities offered. The staff is excellent and the facility is very clean . I highly recommend it!
