I don’t recommend this place at all. My grandfather was there for 3 weeks because it was the closest facility to us but it was the worst decision. The center is very old and had outdated beds with no rails, and old wall AC units, tv never worked . The staff not very professional and would take long to go to the room when my grandpa needed assistance since he couldn’t walk. One of the times he had done his necessities on his diaper and was calling to get changed , after calling several times my mom found a nurse outside and told her to please help change diaper before he started eating and her response was he had to wait untill after dinner. My mom went back to the room and was going to change him herself and the nurse walked by and helped after noticing we were upset. He had the same pair of yellow socks for 3 weeks which he used them to walk in therapy , when we would ask for a new pair they didn’t have. We had to take him wipes from home because they didn’t have either and would use bathroom paper to Clean him, which wipes disappeared one day when he was sleeping . We complained to supervisor because someone went through his things and never appeared. it’s so unprofessional that its own staff will go through a patient belongings and use it for someone else. We also took him an excercise band from home so he can move his leg while he was in his room , the band disappeared as well and spoke to supervisor and nothing was done. When they would do therapy they would sit him on an a chair and leave him There for hours even after calling several times so he can be taken to his bed due to too much back and leg pain. One day he had to call me dad so he can go and help put him in bed after sitting for several hours because nurses wouldn’t go . I never write bad reviews but it had to be done for this place. A lot of the staff should be changed.

My mom is currently at the Rehab. This is her second time there. The entire staff has been so kind and caring. From the admission, Directors, Nurses, CNA and the activities personal. Susan the Director, Amaury the Director of Nursing, Rafael nurse, CNA Maria Lorenzo, Yusmari admissions and if I missed anyone it’s cause I do not know their names have been amazing. Maria Lorenzo works in the dinning room and she is so caring to everyone and takes the extra time to make the patients feel special. Amaury is very attentive and very kind. They all have been nothing but professional and patient. Susan was the first person I met when my mom arrived there and she took the time to explain the rehabilitation process. I’m happy I chose Nspire for my mom.

I wish I could give this center 10 stars. My mom was here till her last breath and it was the best decision we could have ever made bringing her here. The center has been wonderful and I am forever grateful for all staff and friends and family members. Anything I would have ever needed was provided without any hesitation. The care we received felt like we belonged and we were right at home. The administration team especially SusanMarie was always looking out for ways to make us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions for our mom. She will always remember this place as her home and we thank Nspire Kendall for it!

DO NOT PUT ANYONE YOU LOVE HERE!! I read the reviews; figured it was Kendall should be ok right? WRONG!! Go in person before sending your loved one there. Very unprofessional staff. No one speaks English. My mother didn’t make it overnight her first 24 hours! Her oxygen was not on when transported from Homestead Hospital. Then I had to tell them to connect & turn it on. It was in her nose, but not on! Then I realized she still wasn’t looking good still. So I had to go to the station again because they never come when you call them with the button. Come to find out the oxygen tank was empty! So she was there from 2:30 until about 5 without oxygen. Dinner comes around 6:30 and it was a tuna sandwich., a carton of milk, a cranberry juice and a minestrone soup bowl. From that moment I knew I needed to get her out of there ASAP so I figured I would get her out first thing in the morning. Unfortunately my mom did not make it. They sent me a text in Spanish that said my mom died at 5:14am! How is this place even open? This place is a disgrace!! I’m writing this to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

My sister was rehab patient here and I was very pleased with the care and attention of everybody, I felt the homey environment and warmth of this collective of caring individuals… I was a lil shock by some state of physical appearance but also could see the much work they are putting under new management… is sad to see reviews by persons that probably did not even go visit before bringing their loved ones. It happened to me , I came to see it before my sisters surgery. The admission dept was very transparent and informative. I will recommend this rehab. The location is superb and easy access to parking and outside areas to walk and visit l. Wish this place all the blessings and thankful for how good they took care of my sister.
