Our family had a wonderful experience with Discovery Commons Brookfield. My dad lived in assisted living there for several years and, in the last weeks of his life, moved into memory care. From start to finish, the staff was caring, well-trained, respectful, and incredibly responsive to his rapidly changing needs up until his death. They treated him with dignity and kindness every day, which gave our family great peace of mind. The leadership team was excellent and worked with us one-on-one, guiding us with compassion and clear communication during a very emotional time. We’re truly grateful for the care and support they provided to both our dad and our family, and we highly recommend Discovery Commons.

Discovery Commons Assisted Living offers a warm, welcoming environment with compassionate, attentive staff. The community is well cared for, and residents are treated with dignity and respect. A wonderful option for families seeking quality assisted living and peace of mind.

If you are looking for a facility that would provide any medical care, this would not be one to consider. Nursing is neglectful and does not follow through with physician orders. Dietary is not equipped for special needs as my brother lost 30# during his stay. After returning from the hospital with acute hypoxia, he was not provided oxygen and lay on his floor overnight, not checked on until later morning. Inexcusable! Needless to say, he has since passed. Due diligence! I’m sorry I trusted Oasis referral!

Thank you for taking such good care of our loved one. She loved all the activities and bingo twice a week. The facility is clean and beautiful, doesn’t look like an assisted living, that’s what drew me to it.Staff is good, whenever I had a question, they answered in a timely fashion. When we moved our loved one in, I had looked at many different places and discovery commons by far exceeded the expectations. Keep up the good work!😉
