As a hospice nurse, I have the unique perspective to visit and work in numerous different personal care homes and assisted living communities throughout my career. Without a doubt, Oakleaf Manor is my absolute favorite. PCH and ALFs are typically the last home our loved ones will know; It is imperative that they are treated with dignity, respect and valued during their final season of life. The staff and leadership AT OLM provide exceptional care to the residents who live here. Residents are encouraged to engage in a sense of community involvement, share common values with each other and participate in activities. My father lived in two assisted living facilities before we found Oakleaf Manor. Oakleaf Manor was the first place that truly got him the proper medical care he needed. The staff is exceptional-experienced and compassionate. many of them have been there a long time which shows in the consistency and quality of care. Most importantly they treated my Dad like a person. Over time they became more than caregivers-they became our family. I will always be grateful for the care, dignity, and support they gave my Dad and us.

We moved my mom to Oakleaf from a large facility and the care was so much better! The staff is very kind and work tirelessly caring for the residents. I love the homelike environment and ability to visit with my mom every day. Lisa, the owner is quick to communicate, keeps the facility exceptionally maintained, and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of senior care. So grateful we found Oak Leaf Manor!

Both my mother and my husband were residents for almost 3 years. The management and staff are first class. The Manor feels more like a home than an assisted living facility. I visited frequently, arriving at different times of the day and always found my loved ones cared for.
