The Melba Jane Price family would like to express our appreciation to the wonderful Heartfields support teams that sustained, encouraged, entertained, and comforted our mother. Our mother moved into Heartfields in 2016 and resided in the general population and memory care areas. She recently passed away after 10 years of being a part of the Heartfields family. We use the word family because that was how Heartfields supprt teams treated Mom and us. We cannot express enough our appreciation to the team that was always there for our Mom. The leadership of the memory care facility and the always attentive team made our lives and our Mom's life so much better. Thank you from all of the Price family!!

The staff at Heartfields are truly something special. My grandpa recently passed, and the kindness, compassion, and genuine care they showed him means more than words can express. Knowing he was surrounded by people who treated him with such warmth, respect, and love brings our family so much comfort. It’s clear that what they do comes from the heart, and that makes all the difference. We are deeply grateful for the care he received. It will never be forgotten.

I have family members in memory care and assisted living. Six months to a year ago, I would have given HeartFields a 4 star review overall with some caveats. My issues a year ago woud have centered on the food quality (now improving) and the facility (limited fitness options, elevators going out of order, building leaks). I had extreme confidence and respect for many staff, in particular China (nursing) and Christina (memory care director). However, they are no longer working at HeartFields. In the last 6 months, there have been many staff changes at the managment level, and key staff that gave us the confidence to remain at HeartFields are no longer there. The new Executive Director will hopefully provide strong leadership, but that remains to be seen. There are many caring staff members at HeartFields, but lack of leadership and communication in this moment is disheartening and troubling, especially for those of us with family in memory care. I will edit this review if things change for the better.

My parents moved in about a year ago. The staff is wonderful! I love the new director, Diane Beckett! China Yates is also amazing as well as the nursing staff! The transition is never easy but Heartfields is excellent in knowing how to handle this phase of life. I wouldn’t want my parents anywhere else! My parents love the food. The holiday gatherings that involved us family members were extremely well done and so meaningful. This place is top notch!
