The Healthcare Resort of Colorado Springs

This facility looks nice on the outside but on the inside it's terrible. Place constantly smells like dirty sewage, house keeping is non existent. Management and nursing constantly trash talks the patients behind their backs and admissions treats new patients like cattle. This facility is only about money and will accept anyone and anything inside as long as they can pay with no regards to staffing. Terrible and rude kitchen staff and the food is bare minimum. They stopped serving cokes to both rehab and long term care because management wants to save money, it's so scummy. Take your loved ones elsewhere

I spent about 6 weeks at Colorado Springs Healthcare Resort and the care I received there was amazing. Everyone was truly kind and caring and made recovering from surgery a awesome experience. The PT and OT staff was really remarkable and speedied up my recovery. The cleanliness was great and provided a wonderful atmosphere. Silverton Rocks!!!!

Mom stayed at the Healthcare Resort after a fall. She has been well taken care of and loves this place. Her team members, Stefanie, Crystal, Sandra, and Mya look out for the needs of the residents as a first priority. I have never seen just great multi-tasking! There's also a lot of laughter, smiles, and great optimism no matter what's going on. We were there during a Covid outbreak and these ladies stayed upbeat. If Mom needs specialized care again, I am hoping she will have a room here! Actually if I needed acute care or respite care, I'd want to be here!

Check-In and Front Desk Staff: The front desk female staff member (dark hair) made an excellent first impression. They were friendly, attentive, and efficient, taking time to explain procedures and answer questions thoroughly. Their warm demeanor and professionalism immediately made me feel comfortable and valued. Oasis station Nurses and CNA Team: The nursing station staff and CNAs at the Oasis unit deserve special recognition. They were kind, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to patient care. Every interaction reflected patience and respect, and it was easy to see that they take great pride in their work. Their teamwork and positive attitudes create a supportive and reassuring environment for residents and visitors alike. Overall Impression: The Healthcare Resort of Colorado Springs stands out for its exceptional atmosphere, cleanliness, and caring staff. My first impression was overwhelmingly positive, and it’s clear that this facility is committed to providing quality care with a personal touch.

So far I am pleased with the care of our loved one. Staff is so kind and attentive and he seems so happy. My experiences with rehab have not been good. I have had 2 family members in a facility in Denver more than once and especially for my dad it was a nightmare. With that said we were worried about our loved one. Having to go into a facility at this time. My daughter did her research and found this place and we are so pleased. It’s a beautiful place and he has a beautiful view and seems happier than he has in 3 weeks. We are hopeful for a speedy recovery in their care.
