HAVEN, THE

The Haven has been a godsend. My father in law moved in April 2023. He was unable to live alone at 92. We were able to move him to the Haven. Staff has been very helpful in answering my questions regarding my father in laws care and overall health. I have found the facility to be clean and welcoming while maintaining a home like environment. Sometimes I bring my grandchildren to see GGrand Pa. They love to eat lunch with him in the dining room. They love to play in the front sitting room. Residents and staff let the girls bring toys and coloring books, sticker books, etc. It's just like home. My husband and I are relieved to have our loved one in such a loving and caring place.

I can't even express how grateful I am to the staff at The Haven for the amazing care they have given my mom. She moved into a shared room just over a month ago and is so happy there. The things she mentions the most are how safe she feels, how quiet and peaceful it is, and how much she enjoys being able to visit with other people when she wants to or sit in her room and read if she's wanting some alone time. She has done things, such as swimming and visiting a museum, that she hasn't done in decades and which I wouldn't even have thought of for her. Because everyone who works at The Haven is so kind and caring to all the residents, I'm able to have true peace of mind regarding my mom for the first time in many years. It's such a gift to be able to actually relax, especially when I'm out of town. I highly recommend checking out The Haven if someone in your family is needing assisted living.

My 95 year old mother was living on her own until June of this year and doing pretty well. I had hoped she’d be able to stay there until she passed. In June things changed drastically for my mom and she needed assisted living which she was adamantly opposed to until we visited The Haven. We received such a wonderfully warm welcome by Adrienne and the staff that mom thought she just might like it there. I moved her in in mid July and she’s been happy and well taken care of ever since. Everyone at The Haven loves and cares for mom and all their residents! The staff is outstanding and the residents are awesome! The Haven has become a big part of our family now and we couldn’t be happier. I love going there and visiting with all the residents! Other people find it depressing going to visit mom, but for me it’s far from it. It’s always a great day when I get to go there. Thank you to Adrienne, the staff and all residents!

After a recent fall in her own home our mom moved into The Haven Assisted Living Center in Hayden, Colorado. Since day one, she has been welcomed and cared for by every staff member in a way that goes above and beyond all of our expectations. The Haven is clean, the food is awesome, there are lots of fun activities and every day mom tells us, "this feels like home". Thank you, Adrianne and staff for the extraordinary care, compassion and making us all feel so welcome at The Haven.

We love the Haven and the staff. My mom has been there just about a year now and is well cared for, she enjoys the activities as well as her caregivers. It is a small place where everyone knows each other well, and it is like family. When we visit from out of state they always take care of us too, very friendly, and my mom loves introducing us to each one. They all know my mom well and they keep in contact with me often. It helps to know she is in a safe place being well cared for being so far away.
