Everything about our experience with Haven has been great thus far. The staff is extremely personable and professional. They are very friendly and are so kind to the residents. The facility always looks and smells like it has just been cleaned. We haven't been there long, but at this point I would highly recommend Haven.

My mother reached a point where she required 24 hour care. We chose Haven Memory Care for her and have been so grateful for them! The staff are so supportive and kind to her and our family. They provide peace during a very difficult situation.

My mother has been a resident of Haven Memory Care for 6 months. It was an adjustment for her. The staff at Haven have given her amazing care. She is thriving and has developed friendships with other residents, too. The nurses and all the staff work with each resident and family members, meeting them where they are to support the transition and ongoing care of my mother. They have weekly activities and holiday activities and outings that encourage socialization and mental stimulation. Having their support during this time in her life has made all of our lives easier to manage and I will never be able to thank them enough. I would highly recommend Haven Memory Care.

I recently moved my step-mother from Haven Memory Care center to an assisted living facility in AL. I live in Chicago and she has no family members in AL. Without the care and compassion she received from the staff at Haven, she would have never been able to progress enough to move into assisted living. The staff kept me and my family updated with her progress and they were always there to address our questions and concerns. We were very lucky to find Haven Memory Care center, since we aren't familiar with the area we had to rely on recommendations. Haven came highly recommended and proved to live up to all of the recommendations. I can't say enough good things about the Haven, such a blessing to know that your loved ones are being cared for at this level. Thank You - Haven Memory Care Team!!!!
