Haven Care - Evergreen House

I don’t recommend putting any residents here or any loved ones There is ongoing Abuse in this house and management doesn’t take any accountability And tries to brush it under the rug They got mad because I reported them to state. They also got state called on them about another house !! The owner Laurete is a horrible owner !! They never have enough food in the house

Thank you for the review Ruth. We have tried for years to get Google to allow us access to reply directly to you. Unfortunately Googles guidelines have determined we do not own or manage Haven Care. It is unfortunate that a when a company gets too large all customer service goes out the window. We own Haven Care and appreciate your reviews. Thank you.

I placed my 87 year old mother in Havencare Evergreen house back in December. I was admittedly hesitant to trust them and riddled with guilt! It proved to be the best decision for everyone concerned! There are only 5 residents (all women) total and each lady has her own private bedroom & bathroom. That was what clinched the decision for us. Small number of residents, 24/7 care, options for them to handle their meds, option to use docs that come to the house, option for your loved one to receive in house hair salon appts. She repeatedly tells me how happy she is there and has some good friends in the house! She rarely spends time alone in her room, she’d much rather spend it with the ladies in the front room!
