This is a beautiful and clean facility. Staff is very attentive and observant with their patients. They are all very pleasant and easy to work with.

Hathaway Hills is an amazing community for seniors for both assisted living needs and memory care. I have been able to see first hand how caring the entire staff leads with compassion and dignity for each of the residents that live here! I would absolutely choose Hathaway Hills for my loved ones if the time ever came.

If you're searching for assisted living I highly recommend NOT SKIMMING reviews. Take the time to read all of the worst reviews, because They are not false. Your loved ones deserve care, and you deserve honesty and transparency. I'm grateful my grandmother lives on the other side of the state and not where I grew up, because every single classmate I know from middle and high school that has had a family member within the care of this facility pass away, has been charged for time in a room that's empty of family and items....because they didn't provide notice of passing? Are you not the ones in care of the person - frankly it would make more sense that HHAL&MC be the one required to provide 30 days notice.....what even is that. For moving a patient to another facility, requiring notice ahead of time would make sense.....but to be charged for a room that has been emptied of belongings, is inhumane, it is not caring. Please please please, if you're seeking out locations for your own loved ones - DO YOUR RESEARCH, find reviews all over, not just on Google, because the inevitable loss of your loved one doesn't need to also be accompanied by robbery, you should receive support.

Make sure you can tell the exact date your loved one will pass. Most places don’t charge you rent after death but they will be sure to get the next 30days from you.

I have heard nothing but good things about this assisted living and the staff is absolutely amazing and would go out of their way to make sure residents are well taken care of.
