Harborchase of Tamarac

I honestly question whether there is effective HR oversight at this Tamarac location. The lack of professionalism and concern for patients is extremely disappointing. When I received a call regarding my bill, the individual who identified themselves as a BOM spoke to me with an unprofessional attitude and was dismissive throughout the conversation. It was an unpleasant experience, especially when discussing an important matter. Additionally, during my recent visit, I noticed that no nurse came to assist me. I also observed a staff member, who appeared to be a nurse, I believe her name is Suni, smoking on the premises, which raised concerns about the professionalism and standards being upheld at this location. Overall, my experience left me feeling that patient care and professionalism are not being taken seriously. I hope management addresses these concerns and works to improve both customer service and staff conduct.

Wonderful, very kind staff, especially Ms Garshia, Ms Beatrice, Ms Antoinette, & Ms Angelica. The ALF is clean, organized, & well run.

Thank you Harbor chase for taking care of my aunt Marilyn Goldberg. The staff was excellent, professional, and caring. Harbor chase was always clean and neat, celebrating all holidays and kept the residents busy playing games. The nursing staff was also excellent and took great care of my aunt. Outside nice. Rooms are run down and old. Needs a revamp! And maybe some new management.
