Harborchase of Plano

I had the pleasure of working closely with Anne Hinson at HarborChase this past weekend, and I was incredibly impressed by her professionalism, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond. We were faced with a situation involving many moving parts and an exceptionally short timeline. Anne worked collaboratively with everyone involved, communicated beautifully, and remained focused on finding solutions rather than obstacles. It truly took a team effort, and Anne was instrumental in bringing everyone together to make it happen. What could have been an incredibly stressful transition went remarkably smoothly because of the care, flexibility, and genuine compassion shown by Anne and the HarborChase team. As someone who works in hospice, I have the opportunity to see how important these transitions are for individuals and their families. I was grateful to experience firsthand the kind of partnership and support that makes such a difference. Thank you, Anne, for everything you did. Your dedication and heart were evident in every interaction. HarborChase is fortunate to have you!

After searching and visiting several Memory care homes, we choose Harbor Chase of Plano. It would turn our to be one of best decisions we could have made. My uncle Alonzo lived at Harbor Chase of Plano close to 8 years. From the upper management to the chefs that prepared those wholesome meals all loved him and he loved them too. The environment at Harbor Chase is second to none. We were able to feel comfortable because we knew he was being taken care of and loved. They had daily activities and field trip for the residents. The medical staff would always give us updates. From his first day there to his last hour they were there alone side his bed. They even attended his home going service via live stream. If we had to choose again it would be Harbor Chase of Plano!!!! FAMILY FOR LIFE. Thanks , the Brown Family

They must let one of the residents drive the shuttle bus, because the driver was worse than Mr. Magoo. Switching lanes last minute, cutting people off, clearly doesn’t know how to get back to the facility. Time to take away his license and put him in one of the units.

Jean Burton is an incredible advocate for families and provides exceptional care for residents at Harbor Chase Memory Care. Her dedication and compassion make a real difference in the lives of those she supports.
