Harborchase of Germantown

Took a tour of the facility in looking at it for my mom. The facility was very clean and organized great menu options and many things for her to do to occupy her time.

We have had a great experience at Story Point. The location is excellent, the facility is so nice and the employees very helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfect place!

Jennifer was incredibly rude and dismissive throughout the process. I simply asked for pricing information so I could understand what my options were for my mother, who is currently navigating the early stages of dementia. Instead of being helpful or compassionate, Jennifer refused to provide any pricing or community details in general. This is already an emotionally difficult time for our family, and the lack of empathy and transparency only made it worse. I can't understand why an assisted living and memory care community would make it so difficult for families to get basic information needed to make informed decisions. If this is how prospective residents and their families are treated, I would be very concerned about the level of care and communication once someone moves in. I would not recommend this community based on my experience.

My parents have found a second home in these halls surrounded by caring, compassionate, warm, relatable, and genuine angels. The facility is spotless (and odorless - very important) 24/7/365. Meals are delicious and fresh. The leadership team is responsive and never makes a family member feel like they’re asking too much. Trust your family to StoryPoint Germantown- I have!
