My mom is a resident of The Gables Memory Care Unit, and they do a phenomenal job! Everyone that works there treats her with kindness and compassion, and I can tell that their "residents" become like family to them. Mom has later stage Alzheimer's along with other issues, but, until she goes to bed at night, she is never alone. She's unable to participate in all activities, but she enjoys being with others and listening to the conversation, and she especially enjoys when there is music playing. Her favorite thing is a freshly baked cookie! I wish I could list the names of all the folks who make this place special, but I'm afraid I'd miss someone. Just know that from the cleaners to the cooks to the activities directors to the aides in daily life to the reception to the upper level managers, these folks care about the person you love, and I highly recommend The Gables for your loved one. We have been really happy with our decision to move my stepmom in at the Gables. After looking here and at other facilities, initially choosing another that was not a good fit, Angelica and her team welcomed us back. It is warm and inviting with lots of different activities and events. I always feel informed about what’s going on socially and otherwise - something that was lacking at the other place - which is so comforting for me as a family member ❤️

Angelica was a wonderful representative for the Gables. She allowed my mother to get the full experience of assisted living. We came for lunch, which was good and taken for a very detailed tour. I knew that my mom would have been taken good care of at The Gables.
