Excellent, staff answered all my questions, the tour of the facility was very nice. Dominick was very helpful with all our questions regarding this facility.

If I could give no stars I would. My mother has been in this facility for a few months. They clean once a week. A few times I have went to visit, her room was not clean. Poop on toilet, piss on the floor covered up with a mat. Amongst other things that are going on. We pay all this money for her to be there and not taken care of properly. If you can't take of people properly and don't have a heart for this type of work dont do it!

Our experience at Ciel for our Mom has been absolutely amazing. From initially talking with Dominic, who explained everything to us so professionally and kindly to help us learn all about Ciel and all they offer, to ALL the wonderful caring staff our Mom is feeling so very cared for! Everyone, from the minute you walk in the door helps with any question you have and are quick to help with anything. The nurses and caregivers are so professional and attentive. Always making sure Mom is cared for. The interior spaces and rooms and outdoor courtyard spaces are beautiful. Mom has enjoyed many delicious meals in the beautiful Dining Room too! Awesome menu! There are lots of fun activities each day that Mom has started to enjoy as well! To know someone you love is being so well cared for is a wonderful feeling. Thank you everyone!

Dominick has been fantastic and quickly responds to questions. Staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Only drawback so far are the elevators. They take 3-4 minutes to come. I mean it’s only a 2 story building
