GREEN MEADOWS ASSISTED LIVING LLC

My Sister was diagnosed in 2009 with Frontal Temporal Dementia and after her slow decline she needed total care. Green Meadows was recommended by her hospice nurse and what I thought my sister would have a short stay when I moved her in June 2017. Eight yrs later we both continue to be extremely satisfied with their care. Good communication, care with no bed sores or pneumonia are high outcomes This is a slow disease and she is still only 78 yrs old. I am a nurse and know fantastic care. Green Meadows individualize her care with comfort being a priority. Food is the Best and home made and individualized. Angela is the fantastic and makes sure all staff provides care based on her high standards of care. All care givers excellent. Parties for Birthdays and holidays. My Sister has the best care ever during her time there and we are like family. I highly recommend Green Meadows if you have a need to have a love one come to this home.

I took my mother here on November 6,2021 she passed on November 15,2021. I was required to Pay 1,00.00 deposit and 4,00.00 for remaining days of November. Angela the owner was very sweet to my mother, her son Eric is the financial administrator to whom I met with for the exchange of funds. I have reached out to him via text as his mother told me he was doing his finals. You guessed it, no response as of yet. I am willing to pay for the brief time my mother was there (8 nights) but I feel it is only fair to refund the rest of the money to help with her funeral costs. I have tried again this morning to reach Eric so far no response.

My mother was taken to this facility on November 6th of this year 2021. They charged her 1,00.00 deposit and 4,00.00 for the remaining days in the month. The Owner Angela was very sweet to my mother, however my mother passed away on November 15th 2021. I have reached out to the administrator Eric for a refund of 3,800.00 which is the deposit and the remaining days of the month to which he has not responded to my two text to him. I have spoken to Angela the owner and she said Eric was not there and that had finals, I did convey to her that I expected them to do the right thing and refund me due to my mother’s untimely death.I feel that my mother was only there for a few days I should get that money to apply to her funeral costs. I am trying to work with them on a personal level to recoup some of my mother’s funds so far no response.
