Green Leaf Assisted Living in Lillington has been an incredible blessing for my family. From the very first day, my husband was treated with kindness, gentleness, and genuine compassion. The caregivers are loving, attentive, and truly dedicated to the well-being of the residents. It is clear that they care deeply about the people they serve, and that level of commitment brings tremendous peace of mind to families. The facility itself is warm, cozy, and welcoming. While it may not be a brand-new, modern building, it is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and feels like home. The rooms are inviting, and the atmosphere is friendly and caring. The food is excellent, and residents are treated with dignity and respect every day. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff. Their patience, kindness, and dedication make all the difference. Knowing that my husband is surrounded by people who genuinely care for him has been a tremendous comfort. I highly recommend Green Leaf Assisted Living to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate environment for their loved one.

I usually dont leave bad reviews but this needs to be clarified now. My relative lives there and put of all the nursing homes its definitely not the worst. They have people who do care but you can tell the one who are there for a pay check. And im talking about from the front office doors, to the janitors, nurses, counselors, amd everyone in between. I don't work there and im sure it stressful but please domt take it out on the family members who come to checking in or visit or the relatives that live there. When my family went to the hospital the first time, I only heard from my family on a voicemail saying she was going to a hospital. I called Green leaf and left several messages in every department and NEVER got a call. She gets out, 2 weeks go by and this time I did get a half hearted voicemail like "hey your great aunt said to call you. She had low blood pressure so they told her to send her to the hospital. If you have any questions call". No mention the of which hospital. Naturally I call. The nurse picks up and I immediately explain hey my relative is on the way to the hospital right now. This is her name. She said oh yeah they took her to the one she went last time. I said okay I dont know which one that is because I called her phone and I couldn't get ahold of her that's why I was calling you guys back. She laughs and says " Ma'am we can't control if she charges that or not, " I hear her co worker laughing too. My reply: "Yes I am fully aware of the criteria of your job. Last time she went, I called several times and left several messages to her. When I realized her phone wasn't turning bac on, i did call at every department I could at Green Leaf and I never got a reply back. Not one person called to tell me where she went, if she got back after at least 5 calls in 2 days. Left over 5 voicemails... So that was yalls job. So what was the hospital. Provided by that response she told me the hospital. Then I told her thank you and I got the rest. Please be aware of even on the "best " places that your family is in, sometimes you have to be their person and actually care because in this instance, they didn't. Dropped the ball twice I really thought this place had it together from the outside but now im not sure at all.

My overall experience with Green Leaf Care Center has been phenomenal. What I loved about it is when we did the initial tour, I noticed both the caretakers and the residents were happy. They were doing activities and some physical therapy. Some people were in the dining room and they were just getting ready to eat meals and have a good time. They also have outings for those who are capable. My mother was very excited that they went on an outing to view Christmas lights. She hasn’t stopped talking about it! The surroundings and the area are peaceful, and the rooms are spacious. I just feel safe with her being on this property. The staff that assists me anytime I call with concerns have been great. I would say that they have succeeded my expectations, and they really care about their residents. I am happy I can trust them to ensure my mother has the level of care she needs.
