Under staffed and under trained. Management needs total replacement. Weekends are really bad. The smell in common room is bad. one worker told me that there just weren’t enough people to be able to change or help the residents. They hide information of issues in Memory care like people falling and breaking bones. Have had several DFACS investigations. Do your research!!

I cannot thank Krystle, RN and her staff enough for their working with me as I coordinate the healthcare needs of my client. Each time we have had a physician appointment or hospitalization and rehab stay, she has been great in helping to ensure the information is added to the chart and returns are safe. I work with many clients who reside in various communities, and knowing that Krystle is attentive to my clients needs makes the experience much better. Salterra has a gem in Krystle.

As a son, the greatest gift is the peace of mind knowing my mom is safe, happy, and surrounded by people who truly care about her well-being.
