Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs

We took a friend to the residence to explore the possibilities of him moving to Grand Villa. The tour, staff and overall experience was fantastic! You should definitely check them out if you are searching for a place for friends or family.

This is the first facility I have visited and was very pleased with what I experienced. The front office Personnel were wonderful. Lori greeted me with a smile and Nick gave me a Grand tour. From the receptionist to the rest of the crew, I found everyone very kind and helpful. Grand Villa seems like a comfortable place that my father might enjoy...

I really needed to share my experience at this place. I couldn't be more in Awe at the love and little details that I saw. Seeing how the different staff interacted with the residents, the cute decor and feedback from others about the yummy food was so neat to experience. The residents look so genuinely happy and the place is so well kept really giving the space a home like feel. I really would like to give a shout to the staff that helped me and my grandmother through this process. Nick, Marshall and Lori were so patient, kind and inviting that it put me at ease with idea of placing a loved one in a facility!

My experience at Grand Villa was a good one. The staff was excellent and very friendly. It was a clean atmosphere. My spouse works there and I stopped in to see the community for the first time. It was as pleasant as he’s described.

During our tours we saw happy, engaged residents, and the food was excellent. A special thank you to Nick, Marshall, and Lori, who each played a significant role in making this transition easier for both my mother and our family. Nick and Marshall went above and beyond to help my mother become comfortable with her new surroundings. They arranged for her to get a haircut in the community salon before giving her a full tour of the facility. It was a thoughtful gesture that helped ease the anxiety of such a major life change. Lori was invaluable throughout the move-in process. She made sure we had all of the necessary documentation, responded quickly to every question from my sister and me, and was always friendly, organized, and eager to help. When my mother arrived on move-in day, the staff gave her such a warm welcome that she immediately felt like more than just a new resident. They took the time to greet her, make her feel at home, and help her settle in, which meant a great deal to our family. Throughout the entire experience, communication has been outstanding. Every question has been answered promptly, and it's clear that the staff genuinely cares about both the residents and their families. I can't thank the team at Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs enough for helping make such a difficult transition a positive experience. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication gave us confidence that we made the right decision, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for an assisted living community.
