Truly Dedicated Team of staff, healthcare providers, administrators, marketing, activity directors, cooks, housekeeping, maintenance people are 100% engaged with each other, the residents and their families. I couldn't be more impressed. It's a great set up - 18 on each side of the building with a huge soaring ceiling in the front entrance living room, with small coffee room and chapel on either side. floor to ceiling windows everywhere, in all hallways (seating nooks everywhere) , both sides have huge living room area with fireplace, couches, aquarium, comfy seating, big screen tv, beautiful dining room where they can watch the cooks. They have music playing most of the time, and because the front door is locked/monitored, residents can walk around the entire building 24/7, nap in the living room and wander through the gorgeous landscaped courtyard that is between both residency sides. Big ceiling fans, tables with umbrellas, comfy outdoor seating in 4 spots, huge grills, flower and vegetable beds, watering system, big screen tv, bird feeders. The food is great! The kitchen is flexible, if someone is sleeping in or not feeling well, they get meals out for them at the kitchen bar when they come out. Rooms are awesome, small kitchenette with frig/sink, double windows, nice closet space, big walk in shower and sink vanity. They check on each resident in their rooms every 2 hours, 24/7. Has a salon onsite, podiatrist visits every 3 months, NP and mobile x-ray company available, chapel singing services Sunday morning. Harpist comes in to play monthly. Family events planned occasionally. So worth the price. Before mom moved in, we were told if mom or dad was military, we could apply at the VA for $1800-2000 a month benefits to help with expense - we've done that as of April 1, and will get retroactive funds when it's approved. Always clean - smells great and the wonderful maintenance man is constantly caring for the inside, outside and courtyard. Very fast replies, responsive to family concerns and requests - i've never heard "no", only "we will do this...". pretty incredible. I hope they replicate this system EVERYWHERE for Memory Care.

Hi Melissa, thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. It means so much to know that the care, dedication and heart of our entire team have made such a positive impression. We’re truly grateful your mom is part of our Grand Brook family and honored to care for her. We love seeing the two of you enjoying your walks together in the courtyard—it’s always such a sweet sight. 💙 Blessings, The Grand Brook Rogers Team

Grand Brook Memory Care in Rogers is one of the most welcoming, clean, and accommodating long-term care facilities I’ve visited. The staff, in particular, are incredibly down-to-earth and make you feel like family from the moment you arrive. I highly recommend!
Response from the owner
Thank you so much, Lindsey! Making families feel like a part of our own family is exactly what we strive for. We’re so grateful for your kind words about our team and your recommendation of our Rogers community! With our gratitude, Grand Brook Memory Care of Rogers

From the minute I met Alisha I knew that Grand Brook was the best place for Mom. She is so kind and helpful and genuinely cares for residents and their families. I never felt pressured to make a decision after we visited, and Alisha promptly answered all my questions. The transition with Mom becoming a resident has been very smooth and Alisha helped me through what was a very emotional change for me (having been Mom's primary caregiver for years).
Response from the owner
Jennifer, thank you so much for taking the time to share this. We know how emotional that transition can be, especially after serving as your mom’s primary caregiver for so long. That is no small role, and it speaks volumes about your love for her. We’re so grateful you felt supported during such an important decision. It’s an honor to walk alongside your family during this next chapter. Please know we’re always here for you both. 💙 With our love, Grand Brook Rogers

Very bad experience with admission for my mother. No call back or explanation of why we got skipped over on admission.
Response from the owner
Hi Steven, we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. Please know it’s never our intention to cause frustration during such a difficult time. Our team did reach out to share that we honor the order of our waitlist, and in this case, another family ahead of you accepted the available room. We genuinely wish we could have welcomed your mother into our community, and hope her transition is going as smoothly as possible. If there’s ever anything we can do to support your family in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Sincerely, Grand Brook Memory Care of Rogers

Grand Brook Memory Care Has always been welcoming to me. I play harp there once a month and have the privilege of seeing the staff and residents interact. The residents seem calm and interactive and very well attended to.
Response from the owner
Thank you, Sharon! We’re so grateful for the beautiful music you share with us each month. It’s always a joy to have you in our community, and your kind words about our team and residents mean the world to us! With gratitude, Grand Brook of Rogers
