Jen was outstanding! Incredibly welcoming and answered all our questions and more during our tour.

If I was anyone looking for a place to stay, please don’t look here it’s not worth it. It’s mold out there,floors are old and rotten basements do flood if you get a townhouse walls has mold cover under the paint, the units are out of date and they charge high. They don’t never have maintenance, and they don’t repair on time, should I go on..stay away from that dump it’s not worth it..always look at reviews before you waste your time, this is not luxury trust me you have been warned!

Raunay and team are always so welcoming to work with. The maintenance staff cares and are always willing to help out. As a vendor we love working with the Elms. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a new home or needs a temporary place to live!

I have lived here over a year, and I can call this place MY HOME! I am shouting out Raunay Van Nortwick the Property Manager here at The Elms at Granada! She goes above and beyond to get issues resolved quckily! She has been the most helpful, and the most considerate Manager and listens to your concerns.... I am proud to be a resident here and plan on staying here! Raunay THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO! Residents give a SHOUT out to Raunay! and make her feel special and important. Happy Resident! My Boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at The Elms at Granada, thanks to Jen! Her friendly and professional demeanor made us feel incredibly welcome. Though we don't live there yet, Jen's exceptional service has us super excited to apply. She truly made our visit one to remember! We talked about our excitement the whole way home messaging family and friends! Beautiful property, incredibly spacious apartments, and townhomes, and staff that is happy, beyond friendly, and incredibly professional! To say we are highly impressed is truly an understatement! Thank you Jen, and The Elms at Granada for a phenomenal first Impression!
