This place is disgusting! From management and their attitudes to cleanliness. There’s bed bugs too. The kitchen is down right disgusting. There’s mold everywhere in this building if you look for it. They are beyond short staffed and the residents do NOT get the care they pay for. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE IF YOU CARE FOR THEM IN ANY ASPECT!!!! Forget them getting help showering or getting their medicine on time or at all. Anything you see during a tour is just a front. Even the sales director is writing fake reviews from her account and her husband’s account. Management is incompetent to the highest level. Private equity and only cares about making more money. In the first 5 months of the company taking over, they raised rent at least 3 times. There are suppose to be Resident Council Meetings where all resident concerns can be addressed. All management is suppose to be there- now none attend the meetings so residents can’t even be heard anymore. RESIDENTS ARE IGNORED! Gramercy- do not act like you are shocked by this and respond with an insincere apology. Do better. Sincerely, Horrified

When I toured this facility, it was so clean and smelled inviting. Kelsie gave an awesome tour and answer all the questions that I had! This was around dinner time and the staff was so welcoming!
