Love the new mangement they love the clients and staff, they work hard to take of them and have everything they need.

This place is disgusting !!! Not managed well at all. Residents are not bathed anf sit in urine and feces for hours . They recieve only graham crackers and water for snacks... The most awful place to put a loved one!!!!

My mom took up residence at Graceful Living last week. One thing that impressed me was the staff's working together and making the room with her things.My mom is very impressed with the food ! The residents and staff I've met are friendly. The only thing that didn't score 5 was because she just moved it.

I have been preaching services for the residents at this facility for over 20 years and have the seen the good, the bad, and the ugly over the years. This facility recently changed hands and is now Graceful Living. I have seen a LOT of VERY positive changes taking place here under the new management who just took it over a few months ago. The facility is much cleaner, there are a lot more activities for residents, the workers are nicer and more competent, and the residents themselves seem to just be a lot happier than before the ownership change (when it was still Carlyle of Carrboro). I am very impressed with what I've been seeing here recently!
