They were OK at taking care of my mom. The activities were fun. Some of the rooms have window unit air conditioners that are loud in the rooms. My mom didn't like that and would unplug her air conditioner, which caused her room to get very hot. I tried to solve this problem with the staff for 2 years, but nothing was done, so I finally had them move her to a different room. They kept saying they'd put something over the plug so she couldn't unplug her air conditioner, but this never happened. She doesn't tell anyone except me when she's uncomfortable, so she'd tell me she was too hot. She'd be sitting in her room sweating. I'm honestly so glad I moved her to a different facility. I had to visit constantly to make sure she was OK.

My mother has been living at Grace Manor for almost 2 years. It's a great place for those who need assisted living and or memory care. All the staff is wonderful and caring. The activities and engagement is an added plus.
