A wonderful place to live. All of the staff are very helpful and pleasant. The place was immaculate when I moved in. Fresh paint and new vinyl flooring. 10 STAR rating. I am soooo lucky to have found this wonderful place.

I’ve only been living here for 5 1/2 months but it has been a joy. The assistant manager, Suzy, has always been very helpful and very kind. I haven’t had any problems with my apartment, and when I got the key, it was very clean. The rent amount is very reasonable and there are two gentlemen that take of the grounds and it always looks beautiful and clean.

An incredible warm caring and friendly environment. Noemi Canche and Susy Molinar are fantastic Managers who consistently provide superior customer service. They have a great maintenance staff. The grounds are always clean and very well maintained. Great and affordable place to live for Seniors.

This is a tranquil and well-kept facility for elderly tenants. Asst. mgr. Susy was very helpful in moving my mom in this month. I hope that my mom will have a positive experience, and so far: The facility includes a laundry room, a mail room, a community center with a gym (closed for now due to pandemic), a pool, trash service. My mom pays for some utilities to SC Edison. Neighbors seem nice and supportive, and there do seem to be rules about the appearance of the outside of apartments. Things look good thus far. I'll be making an update at summertime.

Should be NO STARS! Avoid this apartment complex at all cost!! Management and Korda/ RPK Corporation are the worst management company I have ever dealt with. The manager and the assistant manager are very rude people. They should not be working with senior citizens whatsoever! The manager talks down to Residence like they are in kindergarten. They really do not know what they are doing and constantly screw up paperwork, but it's always the resident's fault. The residents are scared into thinking they have no rights. The rent will be raised every year. You're not able to even put a plant out front your apartment or hang a wind chime . There's hardly any parking for residents let alone visitors, one reason is the manager has at least three spots of her own and the 2 maintenance men have two each. A handicapped resident must park on the street and walk from the street to their apartment, because there's not enough parking. The excuse for everything is that management lives on site so they get special or extra treatment. SHOULDN'T the resident's that are Seniors and paying rent get any extra treatment? After all isn't Management there working for the residents not the other way around?? The company will take every penny they can from you.. I moved out gave a 30 day notice. Stated I would probably be out within 2 weeks. Did the walk through everything was perfect, gave my key's and I thought everything was ok. When I finally received my check for my deposit back thinking I should receive it all I only received $200 out of $550... WHY?? The management made me pay for 13 days left on my 30-day notice after I turned in keys and they started working on my apartment a day after I moved out how unfair is that?? The manager has her 3 year old kid running around or she is constantly taking him up to her apartment, uses the community room for her own personal family parties and always has someone else clean up the mess. The the assistant manager likes to do his laundry on Saturdays when he should be working or making food for himself. He is also very rude and condescending to Residence the way he talks down to them. The rent might be cheaper than a lot of places but the jail sentence that you will have to go through while living there is definitely not worth it so if you care anything about your senior family member I would recommend you not rent an apartment from Whispering Fountains at Monrovia Or any property owned by KORDA/RPK DEVELOPMENT CORP.
