I recently inquired about Golden years for my Aunt the building is very beautiful. It smells good .The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and patient. The young ladies in the office are great .They were very friendly and patient with me and the questions I had. Ms. Kelly and her staff were very helpful and very welcoming.

I will bear in mind that the temperatures have been frigid including ❄️ snow. Yet take some pride by including outside 🔨🧹🪛🛠maintenance. Grass littered with beer cans. Broken entry chain. You wiil NOT attract new clients. You dont have to embrace "you get what you pay for literally"💸💸💸

THEY HAVE BED BUGS THEY CANT GET RID OF THEYVE HAD IT FOR YEARS

Response from the owner

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. At Golden Years, we take any issue related to our residents’ comfort and safety very seriously. Several months ago, we partnered with a licensed pest-control company and invested in a comprehensive bedbug treatment and prevention program throughout the facility. This included multiple treatments, follow-up inspections, and ongoing monitoring protocols. Because our residents remain active in the community and frequently receive donated clothing and personal items, there is always a risk that bedbugs can be reintroduced from outside locations. For that reason, we now have standing procedures to promptly inspect, isolate, and treat any suspected cases as soon as they are identified. We welcome the opportunity to discuss the specific steps we’ve taken and to address any remaining concerns directly. Please contact us at 7578252425 so we can talk in more detail.

I wish I can leave no stars .. my mother was a caregiver here before they fired her a week ago .. not only to get a call @3am that my grandmother ( mother’s mom )has died. Unexpectedly and was perfectly fine earlier the day before she transitioned it’s just mind boggling that when we arrive my mom asked where my grandma was because the hospitals said she wasn’t there she didn’t get an answer from the boss that runs it .. when my sister and I asked where she was she finally stated she was still in her room deceased so WHY LIE AND NOT TELL THE DAUGHTER OF THE DECEASED WHERE SHE WAS AND THAT SHE PASSED .. it’s very weird she just passed like that and it’s being classified as a natural cause death. Just weird .. nobody helped my grandma if she really couldn’t breathe so they say they didn’t care to do anything we asked for the camera footage to see the times to put things together and they said no .. pretty fishy pretty skeptical something is being hidden as soon as my mom get fired from here a week later my grandma dies ??? It’s just not adding up .. it’s stinks from the poop.. it’s nasty and infested with roaches and bed bugs me and my family are getting a lawyer they will be sued this is just pathetic and negligence to the elderly keep in mind my grandma is pretty independent she’s not disabled or can’t do for her own I just don’t understand these people did something to her and the truth will come to the LIGHT !!! Jesus has her safe & painless now.
