This is an 'outside looking in' review, from the perspective of someone with parents who have been residents in one of the detached homes for about a year at time of writing. The place is very expensive, but the array of services that you get is immense. Decent food service with delivery, handyman services, cleaning, transportation for medical and social events, on-site and house-call amenities, social gatherings, and many more things I'm sure that my parents haven't discovered and I don't know about. One perk of particular importance to me is the presence of on-site guest rooms, of similar quality to a mid-tier hotel available at reasonable rates. The convenience of staying on site vs at a nearby hotel (and unfortunately, there are few really convenient nearby hotel options) is immense). The staff are always available and universally friendly and helpful, and the physical quality of the grounds and buildings are top notch, with a set or renovations currently ongoing that are making for a mild annoyance at the moment but should be over soon. Getting old sucks, and coming to terms with the fact that you need to live in a place with some extra support sucks more, but if you have to do it, this is the place. If you can afford it.

Great food, pretty setting, and remarkably private. Extremely friendly and competent staff.

Fine CCRC. Rooms for visiting adult. Restaurant medium quality food but excellent service. Offer all levels of care for older adults. Heated pool. Small library. My review does not necessarily reflect my parents view who are residents.
