Clearwater Ahwatukee

This is an amazing place. When I first visited I thought I had walked into a high end resort like the Phoenician or Hyatt. My mom is 98 and the staff is always taking her to activities like jewelry making, & crafts. The staff is amazing. They check in on her just to say hello. She no longer needs to travel for medicare physical therapy, they have a gym and also do in room sessions, they set it all up for her. The food is amazing according to my mom. This place feature a large movie theater room, English style tea room, heated pool & spa, wine room, library, puzzle table, pool table and so much more. I love that they provide independent & assisted living plus memory care. The resident are very friendly. Amazing Place!❤️❤️❤️

We had an excellent experience in every regard. The facility is beautiful, clean, well designed for seniors with and without disabilities. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Specia shout out to Sherri Simpson who went above and beyond for our difficult situation. If you are considering LivGenerations, no need to hesitate. It is very, very nice.

Apart from the place being nice and clean it's not all that great. Some of the wait staff in the dining room are rude to the elderly, happy to give names. The other half is great though! The place is short staffed so it can be a while for the elderly to get a hold of someone to turn on the TV or anything of that matter. On top of that, my family member had things stolen from his room, first time they stole his wallet, the second time money from his wallet. Third time they stole a box filled with coins. But that was a while back so could be they fired the staff involved. They only go into their rooms to clean ONCE a week. These are elderly people we are talking about... completely unacceptable. They also charge for the littlest things, 20 dollars EVERY time we wanted someone to come and make the bed (for those that are dependents). I would honestly recommend looking else where unless these issues are resolved. Unless other places are worse off.

I couldn’t be more disappointed with this facility. I have a family member in their memory care unit. It is difficult to get a hold of anyone when needed, most caregivers are unable to assist with turning on television or caring out proper hygiene for their residents and management can’t return phone calls or emails to discuss concerns for days. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. The only star is for the facade of the facility, it’s new and clean, everything else is poor.

My parents have been residents for the almost 2 years. I have spent a lot time on the facility and enjoyed many meals. The staff is caring and thoughtful and extremely responsive. The residents seem to get along and seem like family. I’m so fortunate that my parents are there and I have peace of mind!
