We are not having a good experience with my father. Way understaffed. They get him in to the chair and leave him sit for 9 hours on an open butt sore. We have to ask 3-4 times to get water. NOT good care!

Very kind and attentive staff, and the facility is beautiful. I really love that they kept the historical charm of the building — it keeps a piece of Lincoln’s character alive. The residents always seem happy, and you can tell the team truly does their best to make it feel personal and special for each person there.

I recently stayed at Gateway Vista for rehabilitation after a hospital stay. The facility was clean and the staff were very kind and professional. I enjoyed my therapy sessions that allowed me to get stronger and return home.
