So happy with staff at The Palms and Steve Smith in particular! I toured the facilities and found the location to be very bright, well kept and a pleasure to walk around. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant, specifically Mr. Smith. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to his duties. He answered any questions, we had and always carried a smile. His response time to requests were quick and prompt. After touring, I would highly recommend this location for your loved ones. They value maintaining high standards and care about their people BOTH staff and customers alike!

Very happy and satisfied with the care my loved one received at The Palms. I’ve always thought nursing facilities to be a bit scary, but thanks to my experience there at The Palms I have nothing but good things to share. I have to mention specifically the director Tiffany Amey who went above and beyond for my loved one and our visiting relatives. She was so kind, gentle and caring. And for that we are all truly grateful.
