Austin, Nikko, Isreal and the rest of the team at Gardens of Gainesville have been wonderful to work with. My family have been staying at GOG for a little over a month and so far I have been very pleased with everything. They communicate with me often and that alone makes me feel more comfortable than the other places we have been.

Care was inconsistent and barely provided at times especially on the weekends, meds were not given and family was not notified of the issue, dad was constantly in the hospital. Not well equipped for people needing a higher level of care. Things did improve but compared to where he is now it the improvements only made a slight difference. Not a very good experience.
