Aviannah is very unprofessional! If you don’t love what you do then you shouldn’t be working in healthcare!!

If we could give Pinehurst and staff more than 5 stars we would. Since moving my father-in-law into Pinehurst in February, his quality of life has improved exponentially. The owners and other administrative staff worked with our family to overcome long distance moving logistics, Covid, and even loaned Dad furniture for his room until we could get his here. The care staff is the best we could ever have imagined. They are absolutely lovely and treat Dad like family. He is so happy at Pinehurst and feels safe and never has to wait for assistance. The house is clean, the meals are wonderful, and activities are provided every day. We love you, Pinehurst Staff!!!

I am writing this review to thank Kelly and her staff for what they did for our mother in her last days. The compassion they showed was extraordinary we are so happy she was there instead of a nursing home were they probably would have just put the side rail up on the bed and walked away but not your staff we appreciate the fact that they went above the call of duty and for that we are grateful to them and they should all be commended and a big thankyou. My Dad lived here for most of a year, during the Corona, and they took very good care of him. He can be a handful sometimes and the staff rose to every occasion and worked with us tirelessly. I really appreciate their hard work in these challenging times and if your family needs a reliable, clean and welcoming home for your elder members I can think of no better place. They did a great job of keeping everyone healthy and keeping the virus away from our loved ones. God bless you folks and thank you very much.
