Indian Tree is a welcoming assisted living community in Arvada, Colorado, ideally located across from Indian Tree Golf Course and minutes from cultural and outdoor destinations. Designed for comfort and quality care, the home serves up to 16 residents with personalized support, welcoming both private pay residents and PACE participants (InnovAge and TruPace). Unlike traditional nursing homes, it offers a warm, homelike setting with a beautiful backyard, seasonal ducklings, and fresh fruit from its orchard.

I live hear and its not the best.we are under staffed ,we dont get our regular sculded showers,sometimes w3 wait 1 to 2 weeks almost before getting one.the reasons are either plumbing issues or no one can do them.we have a lit of trouble with 5he sew4 back8ng up,abd plumbing,we have other isdues but most have been solved.a lot of times the boiler goes out and theb no heat.

Please do not send your love ones here. The living conditions are atrocious. This place is filthy and all about money. They do not care about taking care of people.

Hi Rose. The home is licensed for 16 seniors and serves a population that is budget friendly. There is always lots of activity happening at the home. I am pleased to announce we just had a survey from the state on Monday 9/13/21 in which they commended us for the home and healthy environment. But most importantly, the staff is amazing and loves our seniors. They put their heart into caring for these seniors. You do need to contact us because your mother moved out with a three month past due balance and never reached out to me to relay any concerns prior to moving out. If money was the driver in all we do, I would have asked your mom to leave if she did not pay her rent after the first month she was delinquent. I never did. I do recall when she moved in four months ago she was dancing and cooking and happy. I worry that the past due balance weighed on her heavily creating her discontent in the home. Many concerns can be alleviated with a simple conversation.
