Beautiful facility - very calm and clean. Staff is very pleasant. Make sure you ask if your loved one will need to be re-evaluated before returning to the community should they have a trip to the ER. You need to be informed and prepared.

Our goal is to keep each resident safe and well cared for at all times. Regarding re-evaluations, this is an industry standard to ensure the communities and staff are able to handle the needs of a resident before being readmitted into a community. Many times communities will do these evaluations and decline to take residents back. However, at Gardens Care we do our best to work alongside families to create the best course of action to keep residents in our homes for as long as possible because we understand transitions are hard for residents, especially in Memory Care. We are always open to bringing in additional support if needed. The additional support can be family, for those on a budget, home health services, hospice, or palliative care, to name a few. Absolutely incredible home for your loved one. I am always blown away by the compassionate care my father receives. The staff is so kind, caring and engaging. They have worked well with me on care planning even through very difficult times for my father. Every time I come to visit I witness nothing but pure and genuine kindness.
