The gardens was nice. However when my dad had to call for a bit of help it took forever for someone to show up. When my dad was sent by ambulance to the hospital we never got a call. The hospital called us finally. The Gardens never called once, didn’t even know he wasn’t there

They were so helpful! and welcoming on my mom's transition from Ignite! She has shown so much progress in one month, she wasn't walking at all and she can now use a walker!! The staff is very kind and personable! She's only been there for one month but, we've been very pleased! ❤️

They demanded a buy-in fee of $20,000.00 and didn’t give a refund to my mom after it became clear that she couldn’t afford to live there anymore. We should’ve sued them, and I will always regret not doing that. These people are criminals and thieves.

Response from the owner

Hi Patrick, we take concerns like this very seriously. However, our community does not charge a $20,000 buy-in fee. We charge a one-time community fee of $2,000, which is explained as part of the residency agreement upfront. Based on the name associated with this review, we have been unable to identify the situation described. We also want to respect the privacy of every resident and family, so we cannot discuss individual financial or residency matters online. If you believe money is owed or there has been an error, please contact me directly at the community and ask for the Executive Director. I would appreciate the opportunity to learn more, review the circumstances, and address any legitimate concerns.
