My sister and I had a tour today at Garden Villas South. We were very impressed with the buildings, rooms, activities, staff, transportation options and very good food. The only negative is the lack of visitor parking spots. Each resident has a restricted assigned parking spot which limits open spots.

Front desk unhelpful in helping locate residence, and providing smooth delivery service.

Please understand that large items such as mattresses are required to be delivered through the service entrance, and front desk staff must follow these protocols. This process is in place for the safety and security of all our dear residents. I was pleasantly surprised I'm still haven't been 100% ready to move but the Villa is very nice
