Moving to Garden Plaza at Cleveland has been a wonderful decision for us. It’s the perfect place for us at this stage of our lives. I’ve really enjoyed making new friends and becoming part of such a welcoming community. The best part is seeing my husband so happy now that he no longer has to worry about yard work, cooking, or cleaning. We have more time to enjoy life together. The staff has been amazing! If you need something, they’re always there to help with a smile. We truly feel cared for and are so grateful to call Garden Plaza at Cleveland home.

My wife and I moved into Garden Plaza at Cleveland a couple of months ago and it has truly felt like home. There is always something fun to do thanks to the wonderful activities program. The exercise program is outstanding. Whenever we've had a maintenance issue, the team has been "Johnny on the spot" to take care of it quickly. The staff is friendly, responsive and genuinely cares about the residents. We are so glad we chose Garden Plaza at Cleveland and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming senior living community.

Garden Plaza has been a life-saving blessing for our family. Two years ago, my grandmother experienced a severe fall and illness, leaving us at a crossroads. With some hesitation, we brought her to Garden Plaza. From day one, Phila Goins provided unparalleled support, giving us complete peace of mind. Watching my grandmother go from a critical state to being full of life, constantly smiling, and active has been incredible. The community, activities, and dining have given her a renewed sense of purpose. I highly recommend Garden Plaza to any family considering this transition.

Not a high rating. Every time I visited my father his room was filthy. One time the toilet was filled with poop most of it dry. The first time I came his brief hadn't been changed since before breakfast. I came at 1:00 pm. He had lost ALL of the clothes I sent him there with. When I came another time her was wearing a female blouse. The physical therapist gave up on him while he was in rehab because she said he was "mean to her". My father has stroke related dementia. You have to know how to handle this type of patient. He was fiercely independent before the stroke. Even after. Now he cant do anything on his own. New environment. Lots of strangers. Sometimes they don't even have housekeeping. It breaks my heart every time I visited. There is nothing I can do to help him. I have spoken with the nurse manager and talked to administration. Nothing changed. Its heartbreaking. I am sure they are glad to get the Medicaid money no matter how he is taken care of.
