Garden Place Columbia

We loved Garden Place of Columbia, it was very clean, no odors and very comforting. Staff and Administration were great communicators with keeping us informed with care. Staff went over and above with caring for my loved one. Would highly recommend.

LOVED Gardenplace in Columbia. It was so clean, vibrant, spacious & very accommodating to residents & guests. If it wasn’t for location purposes we totally would have my Aunt stay here. Everyone I’ve spoken to who has a family member here just raves about it.

Garden Place Columbia has a jewel in their midst. I had the pleasure of meeting Becky the Activities Director when visiting Garden Place to do a Dillard’s Beauty and Bra Fitting event. Becky had everything for the event well prepared and had the ladies excited for the experience! During the event Becky encouraged and uplifted the ladies. Always a smile on her face. And laughter!!! So much laughter! I have visited Garden Place a few times since and have to say Becky is invested in the residents lives and pours her heart and soul into every activity ! She makes every day a fun filled adventure-and she is loved ! You see it in the resident’s eyes when participating in an event like crazy chair yoga or a beauty event. And Becky genuinely listens to concerns and questions with care and compassion . Becky inspires the residents, but she is also inspired by them. She brings the sparkle everyday to Garden Place Columbia!

Garden Place is a "hidden gem." After visiting several other senior living facilities, my sister and I were so discouraged. Then we happened upon Garden Place. Wow! As soon as we entered the building, we knew that this was the "place for Mom" & hoped she'd feel the same. She did! The atmosphere in the building is so very positive and welcoming. It's evident that the staff truly care about all of their residents. From the front office staff, to the care-giving team, to the kitchen housekeeping staff...all are friendly, fun, caring, tackle their jobs with a smile, and treat each and every resident as if they were the "only" resident. Garden Place provides daily activities for the residents to participate in like Bingo, various games, coloring, church services, exercise activities, bus outings, monthly live entertainment, and more. I love joining in on the activities and listening to the live entertainment with my mom. It's fun to see everyone singing along and having a good time. Garden Place even offers (fun) activities throughout the year for the whole family to get involved. The best thing, though, is that I know my mom is safe, well-taken care of and most of all loved! I see it every time I visit, and I visit often. So thankful to have found this place.
