Amazing place

REBECCA IS A RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON! After I call and ask the front desk woman if they’re hiring she says “let me ask” then this other woman named Rebecca answers the phone and asked if I have experience with elderly people I say yes and ask if they have a kitchen they’re hiring for and she informed me that no they don’t not at the moment so I said ok and then followed up with “what about any server positions open if possible?” And I was met with the sound of her sighing of annoyance and hanging the phone up in my face to not answer a single one of my calls after. SHE DOES NOT BELONG IN THE BUSINESS WORLD AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF ANY COMPANY. Absolutely absurd that she acts such a way.

Kind and compassionate staff, experienced in memory care, etc. They really seem to love their residents and treat them like family. If I had to place a family member in assisted living, Garden House would be my first choice. I have visited several facilities in north county, SLO and the north coast. This is my favorite.
