My Dad was at this facility but we moved him. The previous manager Victoria was great. I see some people praising the current manager but I don't see where she is doing any better. I meet Katrina, she has less experience and I wasn't impressed.The facility was always clean and better decorated under the previous manager. The families on here saying things are better now. They are simply lying .The facility isn't any better. They had good leadership before. Me and my family loved Victoria. As a doctor it is important to have someone with knowledge. Katrina has little experience and although she was okay I didn't feel comfortable leaving my dad at this facility any longer.

The Administrator Ms. Katrina was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! She made my mom feel good about living at The Gables at Charlton Place. She was very sweet and personable. She showed us everything they had to offer. The place was BEAUTIFUL and very well kept and decorated nice. Everyone we saw and spoke with were great. Glad this place exist because we think our Mom is going to thrive and do very well there.

Spoke to the Administrator Katrina about a referral and she was prompt and quick to respond to all of our patients family needs she reached out to the family and set things up in a very timely manner.We have tried many facilities and she was the only one that gave the family a response back.
