Had a wonderful 80th birthday for my Mom there recently whose been a resident there for 6 years, and everything from food to set up was as expected and beautiful .

Lauren was a life saver. She gave me good and practical insight when it came to the planning and care taking of my mother. She helped put things in perspective that allowed me to plan out suitable options for my mother in the future. She understood financial concerns and helped me plan for the future instead of making a knee jerk decision. I am very appreciative of her help and understanding. Now, I feel better prepared for when the time comes to find a home for my mother. In addition, the facility is amazing. Your family member will feel at home in this environment.

Franklin Park is the absolute best! We had a wonderful experience there for our mom. The staff genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to assist them, ensuring their happiness and well-being.

The staff in AL and memory care went above and beyond to care for my dad for about 18 months. Jackie. Andrew. Araceli. Emma. Chris the chef. Joy. They are the ONLY reason for the 5 star review. The management company and director would get ZERO stars. She refused to consider negotiating price keep him there for continuity of care. They cared more about making money. So, sadly, we had to move him.

The place is beautifully maintained, clean, and inviting the second you walk in. Spacious apartments, great food, real activities happening throughout the day. Residents seem genuinely happy there. What sets it apart for me is Lauren Rodriguez, the Sales & Marketing Director. Lauren is fantastic. Knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. She goes out of her way to make sure families understand their options and feel confident about their decision. I've brought her some complicated cases and she's handled every one with care and follow-through. She'll spend as much time on a tour as a family needs, and she actually circles back after the visit, which is rare. If Franklin Park is on your list, ask for Lauren. She'll take great care of you.
