do not recommend bringing a loved one here!!!! soon as I pulled into the parking lot and opened my door all I could smell is weed when I asked if this was a drug free place and was told that it was!!!!! this wasn’t my first time smelling it either!!!! my sister told me that she had to hold her urine for two hours after dinner because staff wouldn’t take her to the bathroom!!!!! I can see this place getting shut down for good!!!

I’ve witnessed Jason Bevin’s leadership firsthand. His dedication, integrity, and compassion make him someone I would trust entirely with a loved one.

My Mom Mary resided at Franklin Manor for almost 2 years. She has received excellent care the entire time. She was given regular showers and they changed her clothes twice a day. They made sure she was as active as possible. When she developed behavior problems the entire staff handled her with such care and patience. When her Lewy body dementia progressed, the administrator called in hospice to help which was a gift from God. They all worked together to keep Mom as comfortable as possible while she was actively dying. She never had a single bed sore or rash the entire time she was there. When she passed away, many of the staff members hugged us and cried with us. They truly cared about Mom and all their patients. They always remain calm when the patients act agitated. Their patience and professionalism is unmatched. I admire the staff so much and I’m so grateful to have had them taking care of Mom. Michelle J

This has been a very emotional time for our family and each of you have made a difference. It is comforting to know my sister is surrounded by people who go out of their way to make her feel safe and at home. Kourtney, Danielle you patiently helped with paperwork and guided us through each step. Chris helped with her TV and room set up. Craig asked all about her and what her favorite foods were. Tina, helping with all the medications and scheduling and Alicia, with her tireless activities and patience. Every act of care and every smile has meant so much. All of the care takers have been great, they know her favorite songs and play them for her. The cleaning staff is so nice and always there to help.
