The Fountains of Hilltop

From the first point of contact my experience with the Fountains of Hilltop was positive. From the staff to the food at the dining hall I found the facility top notch. With help from Jo, the admissions process was smooth and Malissa from the front desk always made my Mom feel welcome. I highly recommend this senior living option.

Finding the right assisted living community for my mother was one of the most important (and emotional) decisions our family has had to make. From the moment we first visited The Fountain of Hilltop, we knew we had found somewhere truly special. The staff are not only professional and attentive but genuinely kind. They treat my mother with respect, patience, and compassion—like family. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s not only well cared for but also engaged and happy. The facility is always clean, warm, and welcoming. My mother especially enjoys the daily activities, from group outings to crafts and music, and she’s made real friendships there. The meals are well-balanced and she actually looks forward to them, which says a lot! What impressed me most is the communication. As someone living out of state, I’m always kept in the loop and feel like I can reach out anytime. Whether it’s a health update or just a kind message to say she’s doing well, it means the world to us. The Fountain of Hilltop has truly become a second home for my mom, and a huge source of comfort for our family. I couldn’t ask for a better place for her to be. A Huge shoutout to Jo who hugged me when I needed it and helped me through one of the hardest experiences I've ever gone through-she truly is the face of the Fountains and I am forever grateful for her!
