ELDON CLOUGH
Maxine Clough was a resident at Fountain View for almost 2 years, passing on February 25, 2025. Our family have nothing but the highest regards for the staff at Fountain View. Mother was cared for in a beautiful way right up to her passing as the staff made an effort for one last hug from mom. The staff loved her, and she loved them. They never left her room without mom opening her top nightstand door, and offering them some candy! I will not name all of those that cared for mom, but we thank all of you for your attention to mom, and especially the last couple of days as she was dying. Our hearts are filled with the highest degree of thanks. To the administration staff of Sarah, and then Hope, JJ, and Inger, you are the best. Our questions were always answered promptly, and in a very professional matter. We could not have asked for anymore, especially in the last week of her life her on earth. Mother passed peacefully, and that was due in part to the attentive care given to mom. Mother was ready to go, and she is now enjoying her heavenly reward. Thank you Fountain View, we loved you all dearly. Sincerely, The family of Maxine Clough

Fountainview took care of my mom for 2 years. They treated her like family. Being there often, I got to know the staff. They were always helpful. The facility was always clean. I was at ease knowing they were there to take care of my mother. She is now looking down on them from heaven. Thank you again fountainview staff for all you have done.

Worse treating place ever, there is a person that's in school full time and work mostly throughout the week, and is willing to cover hours, but when they aren't busy doing something, you would think they would appreciate the fact someone is going into school for medical but your not letting them study or make flashcards at work. Just so your company knows I will b reporting this and all the other problems to osha and health department... oh yeah almost forgot this, 2 to 3 weeks ago their boiler over heated and caused the place to set off fire alarms, the fire department was called because the maintenance cleaning lady never switched over to the other boiler.

Lately I've been hearing about the terrible staff and understaffed here, like as of today 7:48pm Sunday 9-25-22 there was only 2 or 3 staff working but there is someone there that is injured and stuck doing everything. the other staff bails out on coming in and it's severely disappointed, your working with residents that can't take care of themselves fully and some of the staff there don't even correctly take care of the residents... managers especially. To add to today 12-31-22, someone called in bc they wasnt supposed to work and scheduled to work because of a nurse manager didn't want to work. How I've been seeing all these problems along with the place a discreet odor I'd hope they figure out something soon
