Staff is extremely rude, worse experience ever

My husband and I moved in 4 years ago. My favorite part of living here is feeling like I'm on a cruise ship. I enjoy our 10th floor dining room with the view of the ocean. As I get older all of the amenities that are offered here become more and more helpful. Having not to cook or clean if you choose not to is a great option. Where else are you able to have a swimming pool and the intercoastal in your backyard. I've moved many times from different locations around the world and I find myself very content with everything Five Star has to offer. Our Director and staff continue to exceed expectations. Last year I lost my husband. It was a very painful and hard time in my life. Even though I have lots of wonderful friends and family, Rocsana has been by my side comforting me during my times of need.

I became Food Committee chairman in June 2022 I believe my background in Food Services guided some of the positive changes we have made in our dining room. My wife and I enjoy living here and attending the entertainment. There are a lot of wonderful activities to choose. We enjoy our dining experience. We looked at many different places but nothing compared to Five Star. We have no problem recommending Five Star Premier Residence of Pompano Beach. Nothing is perfect. It’s all how you respond to the situation.

My husband and I have been living at Five Star Premier Residence for the past four years. We enjoy getting to know everyone here. I have built connections with the residents within the building. The biggest connection that we are grateful for is having Rocsana as our Executive Director. Rocsana‘s dedication, caring spirit, and awareness makes Five Star Premier Residence a family focused environment to live in. We have a very dedicated team working day in and day out to ensure our needs are met.

I may be the one of the happiest residents here at FIVE STAR It has been a wonderful experience these past four months The staff is fantastic! The food is delicious. The housekeeper does a wonderful job weekly keeping my apartment spic and span. Physical Therapy is here on site and they have done a great job helping me to regain my Independence. I highly recommend this place.
